Since joining the team on October 26, 2017, Robert has proven to be an invaluable team member, consistently demonstrating exceptional dedication, skill, and character in his role.
Robert has played a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) Tacachale facility in Gainesville. His janitorial responsibilities encompass four buildings daily, covering an impressive 23,679 square feet. With meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Robert has significantly elevated the standard of cleanliness at Tacachale, earning him recognition from building managers and colleagues alike.
Robert was honored at the Florida ARF/RESPECT of Florida Awards Luncheon held on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at the Clearwater Beach Marriott Suites on Sand Key. Robert Sykes’ achievement serves as a testament to the dedication and hard work of all staff who strive to make a difference every day.
